It is copyrighted in 1932 (only date specified) on the title page and published by Garden City Publishing. Condition: The pages are clean but tanned. The binding is tight There is a dime-sized surface tear to the top left corner of the illustration on the front cover. The boards have some edge wear and soiling which can be seen in the photos.
