DetailsThis Wonderful Antique Auburn Tool Company D-Handled 2.25" Smooth Planer is available to you! The woodworker in your life will love it! It is 10.5 " long including the D handle; the steel metal blade is 2.25" wide. It is marked on the wooden toe as well as the blade "Auburn, N.Y." with the Thistle brand logo. The planer has some typical scars from use (which can be seen in the photos). The steel blade could use some sharpening before use. The dark aged patina is wonderful and the grip is very comfortable.
