DetailsThis Gorgeous Handcrafted Antique Mattapoisett Pine Needle Purse/Basket is just stunning!! The detail of this purse is so intricate and well done- it deserves to be displayed proudly! We attributed it to Gladys Ellis due to its quality but it is unsigned. It is made of hand stitched long leaf pine needles with raffia adornment that resembles intricately stitched lace; it has two braided raffia handles, a stitched hinge, and a cotton lined interior. It is 9.5" long x 5.5" tall x 5.5" wide. The lid of the basket is adorned with flower-like arranged pine cone scales. There is no damage of any kind- It is in excellent condition!
