This Gorgeous 19th century Thomas Boothe Brown & White Transferware Ironstone Platter in the "Vase" Pattern features fruit, cherubs, urns, foliage, vases, and leaves. It is a large platter that measures 18.5" long x 14.5" wide (the perfect size to serve your Thanksgiving turkey on!).
It is marked on the underside with "VASE" T.B. & Co. with an English registration dated September 14th, 1868.
This platter does have wear from age and use- there is old chipping to the underside which can be seen in the photos- there is also crazing (which we think only adds to the charm of this old platter)- there are no cracks. A delightful piece that we loved the second we saw it!
