DetailsThis Early 19th c. Gate marked 9" Three-Legged Cast Iron Pot is spectacular... We can imagine a handsome cowboy cooking up a pot of delicious chili on the range in it.....or perhaps a sorceress mixing a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and of course throwing in an eye of newt for an enchanted spell.......(Sorry...our imagination gets the best of us!) In all seriousness- this pot is great- It has a wonderful age old patina with the original wrought iron- shined up a little bit and seasoned with olive oil. It is hand wrought with a rat tail hinged handle and is gate marked; it is 9" in diameter x 5.25" tall and stands on 3 legs; it has no splits or cracks.
