DetailsThis Great Hand wrought Iron Country Store Cheese Lyre is so amazing! Designed to cut smaller blocks from a larger cheese wheel; the arched tensioned iron frame holds a thin wire taut across the open bottom allowing you to slice smoothly through dense or soft cheeses without tearing the paste. The
lyre is 20" x 17" tall with a wooden handle that extends 5.5" from the lyre. This cheese bow would look wonderful displayed on a wall in a farmhouse! Please message us if you have any questions- Thanks for looking! -
