This aluminum pan is large and beautifully designed (we have never seen a pan like this- we wish we had it during our catering years!). It measures 16.5” long x 11” tall x 12” wide
The layers are:
5” Base pan
5” Middle extension
2” Top pan
2 Lifters- 1 with handles
Perfect to roast your veggies and your turkey in at the same time in the SAME pan- then use the drippings to make that delicious homemade gravy…….mmmmmm! The lid can be turned over and used as another pan…a side of maple bourbon sweet potatoes? ….or perhaps apple crisp? We can not decipher the mark on the base- perhaps Magnalite or Wagner?
