$795.00

  • Details
This 19th c. Porter & Fraser West Troy, N.Y Salt-glazed Cobalt-Blue Floral Stoneware Jug is a wonderful looking piece of pottery- with an unusual cobalt blue decoration- just GORGEOUS! The American stoneware manufacturing partnership between Nathan Porter and George Fraser dates from 1846 to 1863. Stamped with an incised cobalt blue maker's mark "PORTER & FRASER / WEST TROY, N.Y." with an unusual floral berry design- it would be a wonderful addition to your collection! It is in very good condition with no cracks or repairs. There is some surface wear to the right bottom cobalt blue flower, a small very hard to notice chip to the top of the handle, and some minor discoloration (due to age and use), but otherwise.....it would be a beautiful addition to your collection! Please message us if you have any questions (it is no problem at all to send you additional photos)- Thankyou for looking!
