DetailsThis Gorgeous Large Antique 19th Century Ash One Handle Round Swing-handle Splint Gathering Basket is in such great condition for its age! It is intricately woven and well proportioned with a hand hewn handle. The patina is wonderful in a rich dry brown. (there is staining to the base and the sides which can be seen in our photos). There is minor breakage on one side (very minimal)- it does not detract from the basket’s beauty. It measures 14" in diameter x 10.5" tall (not including swing handle).
